By downloading, installing, or using the Kenza Living mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We encourage you to review these Terms carefully. Your continued use of the App means you accept these Terms. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at the email provided below or adjust your preferences within the App.
Kenza Living is a community management platform designed for residential communities in the UAE. The App provides features including but not limited to:
To use the App, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
Your account must be associated with a registered residential community. Community administrators may verify your identity and community membership before granting full access.
The App supports multiple user roles including Residents, Security Guards, Admins, and Service Providers. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities:

Content posted on the community wall is subject to moderation. The following types of content are prohibited: hate speech, harassment, threats, explicit or adult material, spam, misleading information, and content that violates UAE law.
Reporting: Any user may report content they believe violates this policy by using the report function within the App. Reports are reviewed by community administrators.
Blocking: Users may block other users to hide their posts and comments from that user's own view only. Blocked users are not notified. Admin accounts cannot be blocked. Blocking does not affect other App functionality such as visitor management or ticketing.
Consequences: Violations may result in the following actions, applied at the discretion of community administrators based on the severity of the violation:
Appeals: Users who believe a moderation decision was made in error may contact their community administrator or email us at care.kenza@gmail.com to request a review. We will respond within 14 days.
The App includes an AI-powered assistant that can help with community-related queries, service ticket creation, and amenity bookings.
The AI assistant is provided for Kenza Living app and community-service guidance only. It is not a general-purpose assistant and is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. The AI assistant may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI assistant before acting on it.
Every message you send to the AI assistant is transmitted to our servers and forwarded to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google, for processing. Google Gemini processes your message and returns a response; its handling of submitted content is governed by Google's applicable service terms and data-processing commitments. Your conversation history is stored on our servers to maintain context and enable features such as booking and ticket creation. A cached copy of recent conversations is also stored locally on your device for faster loading. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Kenza Living is not intended for independent use by anyone under 18. The minimum age to create and use an independent account is 18 years.
If you believe a minor is using the App independently or without proper authority, please contact us immediately at care.kenza@gmail.com.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Harmony Evolution Works FZE LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the UAE and applicable international treaties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App relies on the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
If a third-party service experiences disruption, Kenza will monitor provider status and work to maintain or restore affected App features promptly. Each third-party provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, including applicable consumer protection requirements, Kenza is responsible only for direct losses that are proven to have been caused by our failure to provide the App with reasonable care and skill, subject to the limits of applicable law and any separate written agreement with the relevant community or customer.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Kenza is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate user-submitted information, community management decisions, actions of residents, visitors, staff, service providers, or third-party platforms, telecommunications networks, device settings, or events outside our reasonable control.
Kenza does not currently charge individual residents, guards, staff, service providers, or other App users directly for using the App features.
The App may be made available to users because a participating residential community, property manager, owner association, developer, or other customer has a separate membership, subscription, pilot, or service agreement with Harmony Evolution Works FZE LLC or Kenza. Fees, service credits, refunds, renewals, or commercial remedies under those arrangements are governed by the separate written agreement with that community or customer, not by an individual user's App account.
If Kenza introduces any optional paid feature charged directly to individual App users in the future, the applicable pricing, payment terms, and refund rules will be presented before any charge is made.
We monitor and maintain the App to support continuous residential community operations. Where planned maintenance is required, we will notify affected community administrators and/or users in advance where practical and schedule the work to minimize operational impact.
Kenza shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In the event of a force majeure, Kenza will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable and will notify affected users of the situation and expected recovery timeline.
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically, your data will be retained for a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion. You can cancel the deletion by logging back into the App during this period — your account will be automatically reactivated and all data preserved. After 30 days, your data will be anonymized and then permanently deleted.
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated unjustly, you may submit an appeal by emailing care.kenza@gmail.com within 30 days of the action. Your appeal should include your registered email address and an explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 days.
You may request account deletion at any time through the App's Privacy Settings or through the public Delete Account web page, subject to the 30-day grace period described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and, where practicable, sending a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
