Account deletion and data removal instructions
Open Kenza Living and go to Profile or Privacy Settings, then choose Delete Account. The app starts a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
You can request account deletion from this web page even if you no longer have the app installed. For security, we first send a verification code to your registered email address.
Enter the verification code sent to your email, type DELETE to confirm, and click Delete my account. This schedules deletion with the same 30-day grace period used by the app.
Email care.kenza@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Kenza Living account".
Include your registered email address, community name, and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.
Personal account data is scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period. Some security, audit, or legal records may be retained only where required for lawful community security, dispute handling, or UAE legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may cancel a pending deletion within the grace period by logging into the app or contacting support from your registered email address.
